Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Révari website located at revari.co (the "Site"), including all purchases, communications, and interactions with our services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Definitions
- "Révari," "we," "us," "our" refers to Révari and its owners, operators, and affiliates.
- "You," "your," "customer" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Site or purchasing products.
- "Product" refers to any item available for purchase on the Site, including the Pronus™ FaceDown Pillow and related accessories.
- "Site" refers to revari.co and all associated subdomains and pages.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase or create an account on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
You may be invited to create an account on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@revari.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Product Use
The Pronus™ and all Révari products are designed for ergonomic relaxation, comfort, and general wellness purposes. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you have a pre-existing medical condition, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before using our products. Révari is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm or cancel your order at the corrected price.
6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise noted:
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes
- Discount codes are single-use and apply to the qualifying order only
- Révari reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice
- Promotional pricing does not apply to prior purchases
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically shipped within one (1) business day. Estimated delivery within the continental U.S. is five to eight (5–8) business days. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
9. Warranty
Révari products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@revari.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Email and Marketing Communications
By providing your email address through a purchase, account registration, or email signup form, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from Révari. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us at support@revari.co. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.) cannot be opted out of.
12. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or other content ("User Content") to Révari — whether through the Site, email, or social media — you grant Révari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit any User Content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Site are owned by Révari or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for full details.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Révari's total liability for any claim related to the Site or our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. Révari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Révari from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
16. Force Majeure
Révari shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier delays, or acts of war or terrorism.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at support@revari.co. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles County, California.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Révari.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Révari regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
